
1 Stick of Butter, softened
3/4 Cup Turminado Sugar (Sugar in the Raw)
2 Eggs
2 Cups of Flour (All Purpose) Sifted
1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/3 tsp. fresh ground nutmeg
1/4 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
2 Pears, Peeled and chopped
Spray one loaf pan with PAM. Cream Butter, sugar and eggs. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and nutmeg. Add Flour mixture. Add Vanilla Yogurt. Fold in pears. Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour..
